Staff went over and beyond... No doubt! The location is 20/10. The pool was amazing. The room is a little bit outdated and the shower pressure is very weak but ... It still has its own climate and we enjoyed a stay! The laundry room was a big bonus!

Hotel was very clean. Location was great with restaurants and grocery/drug stores nearby. The breakfast was better than expected with a good variety of hot and cold items. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful.

The location is wonderful! Very convenient to food, shopping and anything you would need was within walking distance or a very short ride. Excellent accomodations - clean, spacious with a great kitchen & amenities! Staff was friendly and helpful. Ample parking. We would stay again.

Staff were very accommodating. Had difficulty getting Wi Fi hooked up and desk staff tried and couldn't get it working so they got their IT team to do it no problem. They were super friendly with everything. The price was exceptional and when I mentioned this to friends staying at the Hilton for the same conference, they we all saying " I wish I had known". So I did lots of advertising for Sonesta. Was able to check in at 8:30 am and also take advantage of breakfast.

The location is in a really nice, clean & beautiful neighborhood. The breakfast was really tasty & warm with many choices to choose from. We also have extra hour for late check out. Ty

Room was very clean overall with a comfortable bed. Decent for those that need an accessible bathroom. I wouldn't consider the kitchen accessible. Overall property was clean, parking plentiful, and they have grills by the pool for those that are doing some of their own cooking.
